By downloading or using SwiftyNotes ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you don't, please stop using the App.
1. The service
SwiftyNotes is a notes application licensed to you on a per-user basis for personal or internal business use. You retain ownership of everything you write in it.
2. Free vs Pro
The free tier is licensed forever for the features listed on the pricing page. Pro adds optional features under a monthly / yearly / lifetime subscription. Refunds within 14 days of purchase are handled by email.
3. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App. Don't use it for anything illegal. That's it.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is". We back up our own work but we can't be responsible for loss of data — please keep a copy. CloudKit sync is operated by Apple.
5. Changes
We'll update these terms as needed. Material changes get announced via email and in-app.
